Section 303.026 - Organizational Meeting(a) After issuance of the certificate of incorporation and at the call of a majority of the incorporators, the board of directors named in the articles of incorporation shall hold an organizational meeting in this state to adopt bylaws, to elect officers, and for any other purpose.(b) Not later than the sixth day before the date of the meeting, the incorporators shall mail, postage prepaid, notice to each director of the time and place of the meeting.Tex.
