Section 214.166 - Injunction(a) A person who, without obtaining a permit, attempts to construct or repair any structure for which a commercial building permit is required may be enjoined from any further construction activity until the person complies with this subchapter.(b) The municipality may join with an interested property owner in a suit to enjoin further construction activity by a person who does not have a permit issued in compliance with this subchapter if the structure or proposed structure violates a restriction contained in the deed or other instrument.(c) A municipality may join with an interested property owner in a suit to enjoin the maintenance of a commercial building by a person who does not have a permit in compliance with this subchapter.Tex.
