Section 195.001 - Definitions
In this chapter:
(1) "Commission" means the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.(2) "Director and librarian" means the executive and administrative officer of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.(3) "Electronic document" has the meaning assigned by Section 15.002, Property Code.
