Section 152.902 - Compensation for Reserve Deputy Constables

(a) The commissioners court of a county may compensate a reserve deputy constable as provided by law for the compensation of a deputy constable.

(b) The commissioners court may reimburse a reserve deputy constable for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties.
