Section 118.021 - Oath Administration(a) The fee for "Oath Administration" under Section 118.011 is for administering an oath with or without the seal of the clerk.(b) The fee does not apply to oaths required to be administered in performing a duty as clerk of county civil or criminal courts or as clerk of a probate court.
