Section 105.092 - Report By Designated Officer In conjunction with the publication of the annual financial statement of the municipality, the designated officer shall prepare a report which shall describe in summary form:
(1) the amount of receipts and expenditures of the municipal treasury;(2) the amount of money on hand in each fund;(3) the amount of bonds becoming due for redemption that require action;(4) the amount of interest to be paid during the next fiscal year; and(5) any other information required by law to be reported by the designated officer.Tex.
