Section 395.055 - Notice of Hearing on Amendments to Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, or Impact Fee(a) The notice and hearing procedures prescribed by Sections 395.044(a) and (b) apply to a hearing on the amendment of land use assumptions, a capital improvements plan, or an impact fee.(b) The notice of a hearing under this section must contain the following: (1) a headline to read as follows: "NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES"
(2) the time, date, and location of the hearing;(3) a statement that the purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee; and(4) a statement that any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.Tex.
