Section 336.106 - Employee Plans(a) The board may provide for and administer a workers' compensation, health benefit, retirement, disability, or death compensation plan for district employees.(b) The board may adopt a plan to accomplish the purpose of this section.(c) The board, after notice and a hearing, may change any plan or rule adopted under this section.Tex.
