Section 334.111 - Failure to Keep Records(a) An owner of a motor vehicle commits an offense if the owner fails to make and retain complete records for the four-year period required by Section 334.110.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $500.
