Section 503.003 - Legal Beneficiary of Deceased Employee(a) A reference in this chapter to an injured employee includes the legal beneficiaries of the employee if the injured employee is dead.(b) In this section, "legal beneficiary" has the meaning assigned to that term under Section 401.011.
