Section 501.003 - Legal Beneficiary of Deceased Employee(a) The provisions of this chapter and the rules of the board affecting an employee also apply to the legal beneficiary of a deceased employee.(b) In this section, "legal beneficiary" has the meaning assigned to that term under Section 401.011.
