Section 410.103 - Duties of Arbitrator
An arbitrator shall:
(1) protect the interests of all parties;(2) ensure that all relevant evidence has been disclosed to the arbitrator and to all parties; and(3) render an award consistent with this subtitle and the policies of the division.
