Section 410.032 - [Multiple versions] Payment Of Benefits Under Interlocutory Order(a) The benefit review officer who presides at the benefit review conference shall consider a request for an interlocutory order and shall give the opposing party the opportunity to respond before issuing an interlocutory order.
