Section 207.091 - Definitions In this subchapter:
(1) "Benefit" includes amounts payable by the commission under an agreement entered under federal law that provides for compensation, assistance, or allowances with respect to unemployment.(2) "Child support obligation" includes only an obligation that is enforced under a plan described by Section 454 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 654) that has been approved by the secretary of health and human services under Subtitle IV, Part D, Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 651 et seq.).(3) "State or local child support enforcement agency" means an agency of the state or a political subdivision of the state operating under a plan described by Subdivision (2).
