Section 205.003 - Commission Termination of Election(a) The commission may terminate an employer's election to make reimbursements if the employer is delinquent in making reimbursements under this chapter.(b) A termination under this section takes effect at the beginning of the next tax year and remains in effect for that tax year and the following tax year.
