Section 1369.351 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Health benefit plan" has the meaning assigned by Section 1369.251, as added by Chapter 915 (H.B. 1358), Acts of the 83rd Legislature, Regular Session, 2013.(2) "Pharmacy benefit manager" has the meaning assigned by Section 4151.151.
