Section 1369.101 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Enrollee" means a person who is entitled to benefits under a health benefit plan.(2) "Outpatient contraceptive service" means a consultation, examination, procedure, or medical service that is provided on an outpatient basis and that is related to the use of a drug or device intended to prevent pregnancy.
