Section 941.206 - Hazardous Financial Condition, Supervision, Conservatorship, and Liquidation; Impairment of Surplus(a) Subchapter A, Chapter 404, and Chapters 441 and 443 apply to a Lloyd's plan engaged in the business of insurance in this state.(b) Subchapter B, Chapter 404, applies to a Lloyd's plan.
