Section 912.752 - Fraudulent Operation or Improper Contests: Revocation of Certificate of Authority

After notice and hearing, the commissioner shall revoke the certificate of authority of a county mutual insurance company that is:

(1) operating fraudulently; or
(2) improperly contesting the company's claims.
