Section 887.705 - Other Violations; Criminal Penalty(a) A director, officer, agent, employee, attorney at law, or attorney in fact of an association or other person commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this chapter other than Section 887.701, 887.702, 887.703, or 887.704.(b) An offense under this section is punishable by:(1) a fine not to exceed $500;(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed six months; or(3) both the fine and confinement.Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. 6/1/2003.
