Section 883.702 - Failure to Report Condition(a) A person commits an offense if the person is a president or secretary described by Section 883.163 and the person fails to make the report required by that section.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500.Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. 6/1/2003.
