Section 848.204 - Notice
The commissioner shall:
(1) report any action taken under this subchapter to:(A) the relevant state licensing or certifying agency or board; and(B) the United States Department of Health and Human Services National Practitioner Data Bank; and(2) post notice of the action on the department's Internet website.
