Section 848.054 - Certificate of Authority and Determination of Approval Required(a) An organization may not organize or operate a health care collaborative in this state unless the organization holds a certificate of authority issued under this chapter.(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules governing the application for a certificate of authority under this subchapter.Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., 1st C.S., Ch. 7, Sec. 4.01, eff. 9/28/2011.
