Section 463.258 - Premium for Reissuance of Terminated Coverage

If the association reissues terminated coverage at a premium different from the terminated policy's premium, the premium must:

(1) reflect the amount of insurance provided and the insured's or enrollee's age and class of risk; and

(2) be approved by the commissioner or a court.
