Section 4101.055 - Examination Procedures(a) The department shall prepare and make available to applicants instructions specifying in general terms the subjects that may be covered in an examination required under Section 4101.054.(b) An examination under this subchapter shall be given at times and locations in this state necessary to reasonably serve the convenience of the department and applicants.Tex.
