Section 2208.103 - Officers; Meetings

(a) Each individual who serves as an officer of the governing board of the association described by Section 2208.101(b) serves as an officer of the board.

(b) The board shall hold meetings at the call of the presiding officer and at times established by the board's rules.

(c) A majority of the board members constitutes a quorum.
