Section 2207.002 - Pool Not Engaged in Business of Insurance(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a pool is not engaged in the business of insurance under this code or other laws of this state, and the department does not have jurisdiction over a pool.(b) A pool is subject to Chapter 541 and Section 543.001.Tex.
