Section 2153.001 - Definitions
In this chapter:
(1) "Group automobile insurance" means automobile insurance that:(A) covers individuals who are over 55 years of age; and(B) is offered under a group marketing plan.(2) "Group marketing" means the marketing of group automobile insurance to an eligible group under Section 2153.052.
