Section 2151.207 - Action of Commissioner on Filing

(a) After the conclusion of the hearing under Section 2151.206, the commissioner shall approve, disapprove, or modify the filing in writing.

(b) If the commissioner disapproves a filing, the commissioner shall state in writing the reasons for the disapproval and the criteria to be met by the association to obtain approval.
