Section 2054.508 - Accident Investigations; Other Monitoring
The division may:
(1) investigate an accident that occurs at a work site of a policyholder for whom an accident prevention plan was developed under Section 2054.507; and(2) otherwise monitor as the division determines necessary the implementation of the accident prevention plan.
