Section 2053.101 - Statistical Plans for Reporting Loss Experience and Other Data

The commissioner shall develop and may periodically modify reasonable statistical plans for workers' compensation insurance to be used by each insurance company in recording and reporting the insurance company's loss experience and other data required by the department, so that the total loss and expense experience of all insurance companies is made available at least annually in the form and detail necessary to assist in determining whether an insurance company's rates meet the standards imposed under Section 2053.002.
