Section 1952.161 - Certain Coverage Unaffected
This subchapter does not:
(1) affect the offering of medical payments coverage, disability benefits, or accidental death benefits, as presently prescribed by the commissioner; or(2) prevent an insurer from providing benefits broader than the minimum benefits described by this subchapter, subject to the rules prescribed by the commissioner.
