Section 91.0205 - [Effective Until 4/1/2025] Commissioner's Powers and Duties; Effect of Conflict With Other Law

To the extent a power or duty given to the commissioner by this chapter, or another law relating to services for the blind or persons with visual disabilities, conflicts with Section 531.0055, Government Code, Section 531.0055 controls.
