Section 40.05291 - Electronic Case Management System
(a) The department shall develop a plan to eliminate the department's use of paper case files and fully transition to an electronic case management system.
(b) The department shall implement a fully electronic case management system not later than September 1, 2023.
(c) This section expires September 1, 2025.
