Section 32.0241 - Review of Waiver Request

The commission shall, at least biennially, review the feasibility of requesting a waiver for the elderly under Section 1915(c), federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1396n) , if the reimbursement rates for nursing facilities under the medical assistance program have increased since the preceding review.
