Section 22.0001 - [Effective Until 4/1/2025] Commissioner's Powers and Duties; Effect of Conflict With Other Law

To the extent a power or duty given to the commissioner of aging and disability services by this title or another law conflicts with Section 531.0055, Government Code, Section 531.0055 controls.
