Section 152.1931 - Polk County(a) The juvenile board of Polk County is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Polk County, and the judge of each county court at law.(b) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not less than $3,000 nor more than $10,000, payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county. The additional compensation paid to the judge of the county court at law may not exceed the amount paid to the other members of the board.(c) Sections 152.0002, 152.0003, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 of the general provisions subchapter do not apply to the juvenile board of Polk County.Tex.
