Section 152.1321 - Johnson County(a) The juvenile board of Johnson County is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Johnson County, and the judge of each county court at law.(b) The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.(c) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members additional compensation in an amount set by the commissioners court. The additional compensation is for the added duties imposed on the members and is payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county.(d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0003, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008(a) do not apply to the juvenile board of Johnson County.Tex.
