Section 152.1293 - Collection and Disbursement of Support Payments in Jefferson County(a) The juvenile board of Jefferson County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county.(b) The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book in the probation office. The payment book is open to public inspection. The county auditor shall audit the records.Tex. Hum. Res. Code § 152.1293
