Section 152.0931 - Glasscock County(a) Glasscock County is included in the 118th Judicial District Juvenile Board. The juvenile board is composed of the county judges and the district judges in Glasscock, Howard, and Martin counties.(b) The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as chairman at the beginning of each calendar year.(c) The juvenile board shall hold regular quarterly meetings at the call of the chairman.(d) The chief juvenile probation officer may set the salaries and allowances of juvenile probation personnel with the approval of the board.(e) Each county shall pay the expenses of the juvenile board in accordance with the ratio that the population of the county bears to the total population of the three counties.(f) Each county judge who is a member of the board shall appoint two citizens to serve on an advisory council. A vacancy on the juvenile board is filled by the county judge who appointed the original member.(g) Sections 152.0002, 152.0003, and 152.0005(b) do not apply to the 118th Judicial District Juvenile Board.Tex.
