Section 152.0481 - Coleman County(a) The Coleman County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge and the district judges having jurisdiction in Coleman County.(b) The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.(c) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board chairman additional annual compensation of not more than $1,800 for the added duties imposed on the chairman. The commissioners court may pay each of the other members of the juvenile board additional annual compensation of not more than $300. The additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county.(d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 do not apply to the juvenile board of Coleman County.Tex.
