Section 152.0141 - Austin County(a) The juvenile board of Austin County is composed of the county judge, the judges of the statutory county courts, and a judge of a district court in Austin County as determined by the commissioners court.(b) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation of not more than $1,200 for the added duties imposed on the members. The additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county.(c) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 do not apply to the juvenile board of Austin County.Tex.
