Section 152.0081 - Andrews County(a) The Andrews County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Andrews County, and the county attorney of Andrews County.(b) The judge of the juvenile court is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.(c) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board chairman additional compensation of $1,200 for the added duties imposed on the chairman. The commissioners court may pay the other members of the board additional compensation of not more than $1,200. The additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other fund of the county.(d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 do not apply to the juvenile board of Andrews County.Tex.
