Section 152.0010 - Advisory Council(a) A juvenile board may appoint an advisory council consisting of the number of citizen members determined appropriate by the board. To the extent available in the county, the advisory council may include:(1) a prosecuting attorney as defined by Section 51.02, Family Code;(2) a mental health professional;(3) a medical health professional; and(4) a representative of the education community.(b) Council members serve terms as specified by the board.(c) The juvenile board shall fill any vacancies on the advisory council.Tex.
