Section 796.017 - Reports Not later than January 1 of each odd-numbered year, the state fire marshal shall:
(1) review the effectiveness of this chapter;(2) submit a report to the governor, the lieutenant governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the appropriate committees of the legislature on the state fire marshal's administration of this chapter; and(3) make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this chapter, if appropriate.Tex.
