Section 775.110 - Inspection(a) The fire marshal may, at any time of day, enter and inspect: (1) property where a fire has occurred; and(2) property adjacent to where a fire occurred.(b) The fire marshal shall conduct this inspection in a manner least inconvenient to any persons living on the property.
