Section 775.053 - Hearing(a) At the hearing on the petition to dissolve the district, the board shall consider the petition and each issue relating to the dissolution of the district.(b) Any interested person may appear before the board to support or oppose the dissolution.(c) The board shall grant or deny the petition.
