Section 773.0415 - Limitation on Information Required for Certificate Renewal The requirements and procedures adopted by the executive commissioner for the renewal of a certificate to practice as emergency medical services personnel issued under this chapter:
(1) may not require an applicant to provide unchanged criminal history information already included in one or more of the applicant's previous applications for certification or for certificate renewal filed with the department; and(2) may require the applicant to provide only information relevant to the period occurring since the date of the applicant's last application for certification or for certificate renewal, as applicable, including information relevant to any new requirement applicable to the certificate held by the applicant.Tex.
