Section 772.602 - Definitions In this subchapter:
(1) "9-1-1 region" means the portion of a state planning region established under Chapter 391, Local Government Code, composed of counties and municipalities that on September 1, 2015, exclusively received 9-1-1 system services provided by a 9-1-1 system operated through a regional planning commission.(2) "Board" means the board of managers of a district.(3) "District" means a regional emergency communication district created under this subchapter.(4) "Regional planning commission" means a commission or council of governments created under Chapter 391, Local Government Code, for a designated region.Tex.
