Section 712.027 - Investment of Fund(a) A trustee shall invest and manage the investment of the principal of a fund in accordance with the Texas Trust Code (Section 111.001 et seq., Property Code).(b) An investment must be made at not more than the prevailing market value of the securities at the time of acquisition.Tex.
